I had my first – clumsy – attempts at running when I was 20 and needed a few years until I regularly trained and found the right adjustment to run and exercise in general. Finally, the Frauenlauf (Women's Run) 2007 has been my first real competition – and has awoken my passion for running. A change had begun in my life: I turned from a Couch Potato into a Runner. During this transformation, I occasionally took part in various competitions. Yet it was the “Individualised Running Coaching” class, which I successfully completed at the University Sports Institute of Vienna in 2010, that first made me long for more technical knowledge and perfection. In the end, it led me to pass with distinction the formations to become a FIT instructor and a certified trainer for fitness and athletics at the Federal Sports Academy of Graz.

In the past few years, I have won many cups at various competitions, lost 10 kilos, and radically changed a lot of things in my life. My love for running eventually led me to give up my job in the biotechnologies and professionally devote myself to sports. My objective is to awake in other people the pleasure at exercising. I would like to teach all people who come to me what they should keep in mind so that instead of frustration and overcoming, they can meet joy and lightness when doing sport. With the purpose to pass on the joy for running, I have been a ladies' running trainer since 2010 in the Viennese Prater, where I coach the fastest 10-km female runners. I keep improving my technique, testing new training approaches, and run every time afresh with great pleasure.
